‘Paint the Sky Green’ is a children’s book that celebrates the magic and endless possibilities of making art. A little penguin lives in a tiny little igloo in the big city of New York. Read along and discover an artistic adventure full of drawing, painting, and pure imagination!

This book came to life through over 32 pages of uniquely drawn digital illustrations. I developed several elements including a custom typeface, multiple characters, and various styles of illustrations to give the book it's fun, playful, and artistic identity.

This project was designed as a kit with the ability to house multiple objects. I chose to create a paint by numbers kit that elevates the way it is typically used. I enjoyed planning out every aspect of the product and assembling it together after developing multiple prototypes. As shown, I illustrated an outline of a rain forest scene on a canvas board. It can be painted number by number.

The kit includes: a canvas board with numbered sections, 3 brushes, 6 tubs of paint, and a built-in functional easel. The box itself is meant to be an all-in-one kit for a painter. It contains essentially everything one needs to enjoy painting by numbers besides water, and once the canvas is propped into the easel, it’s ready for painting!

Kitty Crunchies is a brand of healthy cat treats that I conceptualized and designed with the intent of making a fresh new look that is not typically see on healthy cat treats. I chose to enhance my brand by making it feel fun for the buyer. I included contrasting yet saturated color palettes to match the flavor of the specific treat, and layers of illustrations of various cats, paws, and ingredients. My intention behind these boxes were to to show that the company cares about cats just as much as the buyer does. I also made this box with a retractable spout for a quick, easy, and hands-free way to dispense the kitty treats one at a time.
